TMS Replaces Old System

Orange Business Services replaced their old and problematic time and attendance system with TMS with DOTNET functionality in 2003. Ms (insert name), TMS Administrator for Orange, finds the new system user-friendly and self-explanatory:
Flexitime Monitoring
"TMS is a very important system for us, especially as we are a flexitime organisation. For Health & Safety reasons a Flex Balance Report is run at the end of each month, which takes just a few minutes. This allows us to monitor hours for the Working Time Act and identify those employees who need to delegate some of their workload to others. When we first ran reports we identified employees working in excess of 48 hours per week. They were unaware of the hours they were working because it was not being highlighted."
