Highfield Hospital Group and TMS

Highfield Hospital Group is a private hospital group which provides specialist care to the elderly. It was founded by Dr. John Eustace in 1825 and is currently managed by the fifth and sixth generations of the Eustace family. The Group has expanded significantly since inception and now has 6 facilities and a total complement of 204 beds.

New standards introduced under HIQA (Health Information and Quality Authority) have sought to improve standards throughout the sector, however high standards have always been the ethos of Highfield Hospital Group. “Prior to using TMS we used Excel spreadsheets for absenteeism records, rosters were hand written and employee time sheets were also hand written  Since implementing TMS, the process has become completely automated.  Our information is more accurate and we have more control of it.  Advance Systems’ TMS enables us to analyse and edit the information on our pc’s and export the payroll information directly into our payroll software, which has resulted in the elimination of the paper trail associated with timekeeping.”
